As our team works remotely, this approach helps us understand how you communicate in a setting similar to the platforms we use day to day, such as Zoom. The quality of your equipment, environment, or background will not influence our decision, but your responses should reflect how you would typically present yourself in an online meeting.

What happens next?
If you are successful, you will be invited to one final interview, after which a formal job offer may be made if we agree there is a mutual fit.
